We Offer a Range of Services to Meet Your Needs
As a business owner or manager, it is important your property is well maintained at all times. This includes all of your doors and door hardware. Doors are often used multiple times a day by Customers and Employees and maintaining safety and security is critical.
Business owners often don’t think about doors and dock levelers until they break and operations can be quickly impacted. It’s important to partner with a fast responding, reputable, and highly experienced door service provider for upkeep and maintenance.
Vertical Lift Doors
In addition to sliding straight up the wall, vertical lift doors can have up to five (5) panels. Large distribution centers with high ceilings and full overhead clearance use Vertical Lift Doors, which can telescope or stack side-by-side overhead. These doors are commonly used by distribution centers with high ceilings. There is no need for torsion springs, which often break and require emergency services, since a simple counterweight design is used.
Horizontal Sliding Doors
The most basic door design is the Single or Multiple Panel Horizontal Sliding Door. This simple yet low-maintenance design is largely popular today. The basic components for this type of door is a panel with rollers on top, hanging from an overhead track.
Heavier or larger doors may have a v-groove or railway wheels supported by a floor track and are operated without springs, cables or motors. These style doors are typically found in freezer or refrigerated facilities but have also been found in high end restaurants and even residential settings and made of glass and aluminum construction.
Insulated Door
The Insulated Service Door helps keep freezers and refrigerated rooms cooler. These energy efficient doors will pay for themselves by reducing heating and cooling costs over a few years. Made from heavy duty impact rated hardware these doors are typically a pedestrian door and are mainly interior but can be rated and installed on the outside to keep heat out of the designated cool zone.
Bi-Folding Doors
Bi-folding repair, replacement and new installation solutions. These are openings that require horizontal bi-parting doors but have limited side clearanc on either side.
Instead of having panels sliding to the right or left, each panel collapses in its center and projects toward the inside or outside of the opening.
Bi-Fold Doors have two sections that provide many design options. They lift up and out of the opening to provide more space in front of the door and on the side.
Steel and Wood Sectional Doors
Steel and Wood Sectional Doors are often used in commercial applications. The most common of these doors roll overhead and travel at an incline, vertically, or at a 90-degree angle. These doors travel on a track with rollers and are assisted by a spring counter balance system and cables. All of the components are replaceable. The headspace needed is only 14" with a 12" low headroom design available. They can be insulated, weather-sealed, or both.
